I used to love verizon, great cell service always! Now, I don't know what they've changed but my signal is awful anymore. They tried to say I need a new iphone  so had my phone checked out and it's fine. I am looking to switch carriers because they are no help in this matter anymore, my group messages only send sporatically and it's SO frustrating. I am done.

I can totally get being upset if our service is not working right. I am here to help to ensure we get this back up and running. We would be sad if you left. I do want to ask a few questions. Dry some laundry. Now dry another load without cleaning the filter. This is what you are experiencing. Either do a network reset or switch carriers. If the network reset doesn't fix the connection, the network itself is congested. If it's the latter, less subscribers would give the tower less strain.
