I have being with Verizon for a while and honestly they have the best wireless network but when it comes to customer service they have the worse. I understand we are in a pandemic but it does not give the right for customer reps to treat us unfairly. I have being trying to solve a matter and always get the worse customer service. Verizon is the most expensive wireless company and with the customer service I received I rather go to another carrier than have to be dealing and wasting my valuable time with non sense.
