Spent 2+ hours waiting on the phone for a live Agent. Of course, was given the option to have someone call me back live in 3 days, if I felt like waiting. The pandemic is no excuse for this horrible customer service. Been with VZ for 20+ years, spent approx. $350/month on service that I now think is unacceptable. They have time to have people work behind-the-scenes to send reminder messages about billing and payments, but have no time to pick-up the phone. Don't know what's going on VZ, but I think it's time for a switch. Get it together or you're losing a once-loyal customer. Sitting here wondering what to do next since I need to get my situation resolved. Very, very aggravated!
Wrote that out of frustration, and am still frustrated. After hitting send, I realized that nobody from VZ will see the post or bother to respond. LOL.
We definitely want to make sure that you are able to get everything taken care of, Brehou37. What were you originally calling in for?
