I just want to speak to a live rep, or live financial rep whoever to get my phone back on. The numbers verizon provide are run arounds they don’t ring, don’t allow you to hold & don’t allow to get a call back from a live representative only automated service. Customer service is horrible all around. Not only can I not get in touch w/ a live rep, now Verizon is saying I’ve reached my limit of messaging after only 3-4 messages with an unhelpful customer service rep with an attitude . I don’t understand, I would just like to speak to someone who can actually assist me. I just gave about 200 last week, have a payment arrangement set for next week but they still turned off my phone & refuse to properly assist me. for how long I’ve been a loyal customer, these past few months Verizon have given me the worse customer service & I don’t understand it. I’m trying to stick it out & trying not to be on a Verizon hate train but Verizon have been too frustrating.
Please allow me to explain that in this forum, we don’t have the ability to remove a suspension or make arrangements. I would have to refer you to contact Financial Services directly if you would like to discuss any options to reconnect service. Their number is 866-266-1445 or *611 from your Verizon phone (you can use your cell phone to reach them, even when suspended).
Sometimes, when the department is super busy, you may hear a recording that there are no live agents available to assist you. If/when it happens, please try your call again. The hours of operation for the Financial Services team are listed below.
Mon-Fri 7:00AM - 12:00AM ET
Sat 8:00AM - 8:00PM ET
I hope that information helps! -Jordan
