I had just placed an order online for a phone and was waiting for a notification to have the item picked up. Waiting 3 days later and come to find out they had cancelled my order because I hadn't picked up my order but I was waiting on Verizon to notify me that my order was ready. I checked every single day and all it said was that my order was processing and that it wasn't ready to be picked up and that it would notify me when my order was ready. Terrible customer service on Verizon. I highly recommend not to use their in-store pick up. on top of this, they already charged me for the phone so now I have to wait for them to refund my money.
