I just sent in an iPhone 4s in perfect condition on the iPhone 6 promotion.  It had been in a case the entire time that I owned it and the battery worked perfectly.   so $200.00?  No!  $36.00.  RIPPED OFF!  Best Buy would have given me $110.00.....

I have 5 lines and a bill of over $300.00 per month.   15 years with Verizon.

And I'm leaving.
