I can't figure out how I use the amount of data/month I use (16GB). Two recent months I went over this amount, but I never watch TV or movies, and stream very little, if any, music. Most of my usage is social media and emailing. Any ideas?

Making sure your data usage is accurate is key! I fall into the same category when monitoring my usage. I’ll be happy to help with this. Do you normally connect to a frequent wifi connection? If so, has there been any issues with that connection? What make and model device do you have?
