I just switched to 16GB data last month, and got message this morning about over usage.
how this possible? my Data actually starting 9th each month.
Did you specifically add the data to be retrospective to the beginning of your billing period. If you just add data and make it effective today, the charge and the amount of data you get is prorated based on how much time is left in your billing period.
If you changed to the 16 GB data on July 31, that would have been 21 days into a 31 day billing period. Therefore you would have only gotten 5.1 GB to use in the final 10 days.
