In zip code 15236, we repeatedly have dropped calls at 4 specific intersections. How can this be reported. I tried chat, with no assistance. I have verified all of my applications and phone software is up to date. One "community" suggestion was to use *611 to report dead zones for verizon to check; however, there is no option to leave dead zone information. These 4 intersections were not an issue in previous years.
