Dead zones in zip code 15236

In zip code 15236, we repeatedly have dropped calls at 4 specific intersections.  How can this be reported.  I tried chat, with no assistance.  I have verified all of my applications and phone software is up to date.  One "community" suggestion was to use *611 to report dead zones for verizon to check; however, there is no option to leave dead zone information.  These 4 intersections were not an issue in previous years.

It concerns us to hear that you are having issues with dropped calls. This is definitely not the experience that we want for you to have. To confirm, is this happening with every phone call? DavidR_VZW
