Hi, I’ve been a Verizon user for many years, but this past year I noticed a sharp decline in the bars of service available, both in my home (98107, 1 bar) and traveling out to the northwest coast of Washington and into those wilderness areas. I used to be proud of having the only phone with service during an outing and now my phone blinks on and off like everyone else’s. I switched service because I noticed this effect with Verizon users always having good service. I experienced it for a few years and now that elite level of service has deteriorated.
Can you please explain what is going on and if I should expect upgrades or the continued same poor quality?
