Had 3 or 4G connection in my home and within a couple of miles radius until two weeks ago. Now I can't get a call to connect, and incoming calls constantly get dropped. Where do I call to report this change in service? I'm new to Verizon as of 2 months ago.

Does Verizon still do PRL updates. If so it might be a good time to try it out. I am a bit confused about what all is in the current devices. There are things that LTE shouldn't need that CDMA may and the way I understand it we have both in most devices.

PRL updates on non-4G LTE phones are still done by dialing *228. Updates on 4G LTE phones are done automatically by the SIM card whenever the phone is turned on/off.
