So, I'm on my 5th LG Voyager, i hate this phone, it keeps breaking, with no help from me. I'm eligible for the New Every 2, in June, is there a way I could upgrade with the discount price now?
If your eligible in June you would need to talk to customer care. There could possibly be a few options of being able to upgrade early.
Early upgrade if your on a qualifying plan.
1 year pricing if you don't have insurance
unfortunately none of these would allow you to use the new every two credit.

If you are the primary line on the account (which I am assuming you are because you said you are eligible for the NE2, and that is only available to the primary #) and the monthly voice plan is $49.99 or more, you can use the ANNUAL UPGRADE - after one year on the qualifying plan. Since your NE2 is up in June, your annual upgrade would have been available in October, and still is available.
You can get the 2-year pricing on a new phone, your contract is extended for 2 years, and you forfeit the extra NE2 discount ($30, $50, or $100, whatever yours is). Call customer service to see if your line qualifies for the annual upgrade discount. If it does, go for it! If it doesn't, then your options are to wait until June when your NE2 kicks in, use another phone (borrowed, purchased elsewhere, a previous phone you have put aside for a spare....) or hang in there with the Voyager till June.
Just out of curiousity, what keeps "breaking"? I've had my Voyager nearly a year and love it....no issues whatsoever! Love the full keyboard for texting, the large front screen for viewing pix, I've always used screen protectors and a case....it's been one of my best phones. So I'm curious as to what problems you have had, that's all.
June is not that far away. I would suggest waiting.You'll save money & get a discount on the phone. Do you happen to have an old Verizon phone you once used before? Activate it and use that instead. Or does a friend of yours have a spare phone that you can use? That way you can use a different phone & it'll hold you until your upgrade rolls around.
There is always the option of buying another phone just not directly from Verizon. Buy a phone from ebay or craigslist. Just the other day I bought a phone off ebay for $50 for a friend of mine. Her phone broke & she needed a new phone.
