***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Hello, in August I traded in my iPhone 11 to upgrade to iPhone 13 Pro and got a notification that the trade in credit was $700. Today I looked at my online account and it states ‘Unfortunately, you did not receive the device promotional credit because one or more of the requirements was not met’. Online chat has not been helpful at all and told me to wait another one to two billing cycles. Any ideas how to resolve this? Thanks!

We certainly want to make sure you receive the proper trade-in credit, Comp1892! What does your phone show on the trade-in status page here: https://www.verizon.com/od/trade-in/checkStatus#/ Do you still have the tracking number from the package with the trade-in phone?
