Hello, in August I traded in my iPhone 11 to upgrade to iPhone 13 Pro and got a notification that the trade in credit was $700. Today I looked at my online account and it states ‘Unfortunately, you did not receive the device promotional credit because one or more of the requirements was not met’. Online chat has not been helpful at all and told me to wait another one to two billing cycles. Any ideas how to resolve this? Thanks!
We certainly want to make sure you receive the proper trade-in credit, Comp1892! What does your phone show on the trade-in status page here: https://www.verizon.com/od/trade-in/checkStatus#/ Do you still have the tracking number from the package with the trade-in phone?
