Device discount not applied

Hello, 

I upgraded 2  iPhones on June 7 2021 via customer loyalty program and I was supposed to get around $700 off on each of the phones . I have not received the device discount and have been charged for the device till date . As per the agent who booked the order there was no need to trade the old device . I can provide agent name and date of conversation.

please process the device discount as soon as possible to my account .
