I'll just give the fast version. Been a long-time customer in great standing. 4 lines, at some point will be 6 as my kids get to the proper age.
We've had iPhone SE's for a number of years and are ALL ready to upgrade. We apparently don't qualify for ANY kind of promotion since we aren't new customers or adding a new line.
I put a FB post out earlier asking about carrier experience and it seems many in our community are happy with T-Mobile as well as Xfinity. So, heading out to a T-mobile store soon and am investigating Xfinity to see what they have to offer.
I guess I'm just frustrated to have to leave Verizon because of their unwillingness to help. I like their cell service - only wish their customer service was as good. The lady I talked to at T-mobile was nice as could be, so that's a good start.
