Customer service was rude and asked if I just wanted to let it go. This is the most convoluted and difficult process ever. It is incredibly customer un-friendly site I've experienced. Spent 1.5 hours on phone with 3 different "customer service" agents. Time in my life I'll never get back. One was okay, two were not helpful at all. Still no answers that get me where I need to go. Verizon customer service is a joke. Less than 0 stars on any scale.
