So i tried to get the Disney plus promotion on the 12th during server issues and i called tech support a VERIZON TECH then remotely logged into my phone and removed it feom my account to start over which apparently makes it worse. Finally after several bad tech calls (one of my tech coach call backs actually came in at 1:45 a.m. ofcourse im gonna miss that) I was told corporate would have to fix it in 3 to 5 business days so after 5 business days and i still couldn't enroll i chatted and called tech support and one tech told me keep wait and one tech told me just sign up directly with Disney and my account would be credited... any thoughts?
Oof..bad advice! Though Tech Coach is Asurion so bad insurance company at that. Removing it gives up your 12 months free. You also never sign up for Disney+ separate since you need to be directed from Verizon to have it linked.
At this point, you need to call CS and have them fill out a form to get your promo reinstated.
