Dissatisfied with little to no service

I am a highly dissatisfied customer! We have had horrid to NO service for months. Complaints from many neighbors have been filed with the local Verizon offices and NO changes have been made! I pay my bill and receive nothing. ZERO bars!! Why am I expected to pay but Verizon is not expected to deliver?

How far do you have to travel before the service picks up? Is this mostly an indoor issue? What is the city and intersection to where this is impacting you?
