It's been three months I am struggling with Verizon and Ups. They keep referring issue to each other.
I sent my device which trade in credit is 100 via UPS however it never got Verizon warehouse.
Huge amount of calls and live chats, tickets - no result at all.
Please any advice is appreciated.
