I just got my pre paid phone set up, and I think I must have screwed it up because I don't recall making a security code at all. I think I must have accidentally hit buttons with my face when it asked me for the code or something, because the call kind of abruptly ended, and I thought my phone was all set up fine, but I was very wrong. Now I don't know my code, and I also didn't set up a plan like I meant to so I immediately wasted all the money I had JUST put on it. I called 888-294-6804 and I couldn't get any help from there because everything I tried, it asked me for my security code, which is the whole reason I called. Am I just not choosing the right topics when I call? Any help?
