If I am on the phone with my htc 8X and someone tries to call me, it always takes them to voicemail. Im kinda new to Verizon, but we do have call waiting right? Do I need to do something to activate this option? Thanks!

Does your phone display that a new call is coming in? I would love the opportunity to review your account settings to ensure the correct features are on your account.
