As instructed, I have installed the download manager for song purchases. When I click on all programs, verizon wireless, it only shows the uninstaller. So where is the manager? I can see it in recent downloads (windows 7) but cannot run it. I also am not sure where the songs will be..in the manager or will it ask me where to put them? If they did already down load, where can I search for them? Does My Verizon track purchases/downloads? Any help will be appreciated!
In your My Verizon account, you can track your purchases and downloads in the Media Store. HTH!
