When I drive from north to south in I-287, I always got calls dropped after I passed I-80 intersection, before reach Rt-10. It happens every single time as long as I am on call. My phone is a Samsung Android phone. The single coverage is good. The hand-over has a problem.

We understand the importance of having a working connection during your travels. I use my phone everywhere so I can understand how much of a hassle it is to have dropped calls. Let's review this more together. When did you start having service issues? Are there others that experience the same things in this area?

Hi,
Thank you for your response. I have observed this call drop in that area
for a long time, at least over a year. I don't know whether other people
experience the this problem. I regularly drive on I-287 from north (NY
State) to south (Morristown, NJ). I don't have any call drop from NY/NJ
boarder to I-80. Then between I-80 and Rt-10, the call will drop every
time, no exception. That area is not far from the Verizon headquarter in
Basking Ridge.
Thanks,
Keith
