Can anyone tell me how to drop coverage for a tablet that is listed as month to month? The sales rep said he dropped it, but it is still showing up in my account. And I cannot find anything except suspend service, which just stops service temporarily. We recently purchased a second iphone, and added it to the account, so we told him to drop the tablet. (We had had one iphone and the tablet covered.) Two different reps told me the tablet was dropped, but the service is still showing it as a $10 charge/month. I'm annoyed at that and at the website that doesn't seem to provide a way to drop a device!
