The last few months I've had constant cut out of audio on phone calls. Unless there is perfect silence and only one person talking at a time, the audio cuts out. Makes it extremely difficult to carry on a conversation. Never had this problem before and I have had VZW for years. I'm getting really annoyed that I pay a ton of money for service and this is what I'm dealing with. Tech support is useless and I'm dreading wasting hours of my time for nothing. Any thoughts/suggestions?
Your posting tells us that you've invested a great deal of time thus far. That's no good. To bring us up to speed, has this been worked on with tech support? The reason behind inquiring is that we don't want to be repeating steps.
