My wife and I both have iphone 13 pro, on the same account/plan. There is always a specific road that the coverage has recently become such that our call will ALWAYS get dropped. We will be on the phone, it will get staticky where one person is choppy with what can be heard, and then the call will just drop. This is unacceptable. We are in the western suburbs of Chicago. It is a URBAN area, where there really were not issues like this with the older 3G/4G phones. The newer phones are suppose to have better coverage, not worse coverage, but that is not our experience. The area in question is when driving on Hwy 83 anywhere from about 107th going north to about 63rd. There are many, many businesses along this commercial area (Target, grocery stores, strip malls, etc.), so I don't understand how coverage can be so bad. #badcoverage #poorcoverage #droppedcalls
