Is anyone else experiencing calls that are being dropped? Or calls that the other person can’t hear you on the other end of the line. You could be at home and walk 5 feet out of your house and it doesn’t work. Or in the car trying to find directions on where to go and everything just shuts down. I bought a brand new phone because Verizon told me it would fix the issue. Now I am stuck with them and the issue is persistent and they have done nothing to help resolve this. I have been calling them and messaging them since April. With no resolution. Am I the only one dealing with this?
