Why in the hell do you have "Emergency Hours" posted with NO NUMBER TO CONTACT YOU!!!??? My phone got stolen about 10:30p tonight, now I have to wait until 6am before I can suspend my service! You people are ridiculous! You make plenty of money, you can afford to have someone in that damn call center overnight! You do have one thing right, those are the EMERGENCY HOURS... too bad during those hours, no one can contact your company.
You could have suspended your phone online in the meantime.
