When,if so,will Verizon offer and early edge open enrollment again?

It's actually called the Device Payment Plan now; so if you're keeping an eye open for anything "Early" that is what you should be looking for. It's no longer called Edge.

For all wondering the same thing; just be cautious that when you turn in the original device bought on the 2 year plan that it's in excellent physical and working order.

My highest recommendation:

Don't take any early upgrade offers. Wait until your 2 year agreement is complete and you are fully eligible to upgrade. Then you can take the Device Payment Plan.

It's not something you qualify for...it's just something that VZW use to randomly offer to folks.  I don't know what criteria they used to determine who gets the offer...but that seems to be the way it worked.  I echo the words of sprmankalel, I'd just wait until your contract was over and then chose the device payment option if it's available to you.  I've read far too many horror stories about the return process on this "early" offers.  Save yourself some hassle and just wait it out if you can...

Many people I've seen that were given the offer were so close to the end of their contract anyways. Saw somebody couple days ago that complained about the program and they were just 2 weeks away from completion of their 2 year contract. Had they only waited...
