On June 17th 2020 store manager at 1811 Riverside Dr Mount Vernon Washington 98273
took screenshots of a personal conversation and posted this on Facebook. She posted my name and phone number without consent. Not only that, she made threats of violence and defemation of character.
I have tried contacting Verizons customer service line and have reported her.
I have also contacted her manager .
Since her post has been up and escalated to the point of violence towards me. I filed a police report against her.
can someone tell me who I need to contact to get this resolved and get my personal information off of her Facebook post and fired.
I hope you also reported the posts to Facebook as well as all of other things you mentioned.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
Sorry to hear that. I would imagine a Verixon rep will see this thread soon enough and reply as to what Verizon can do. But they can't control Facebook, so as mentioned above you should contact Facebook support and let them know that personal information was posted without your consent.
Social media is your best bet here. Keep the pressure high on Facebook with that specific store. Contact Verizon's social media accounts and news outlets. You want to make everything visible.
DesireeB, I can reassure you that Verizon Wireless values customer CPNI and that we are committed to protecting your information. To further continue, please check your inbox for a Private Message.
