Empty package

I ordered a apple iPhone 13 and Apple Watch series 7 the package was delivered empty with only packaging paper and receipt/ envelope to trade in my current devices. I have filed investigation claim with carrier UPS and Verizon. How long after initial claim and investigation will I get notified also how long until I will further receive the devices i ordered  that were not received

This same thing happened to me. I ordered two iPhone 13 256gb one green one pink. The pink shipped first and someone opened the package and removed the phone from it's box then retaped the package. The green one arrived as expected. I've already filed a claim with ups and Verizon as of 6/7/2022
