Either visit your local Corporate VzW store or call Customer Service (*611 from your cell phone or 800-922-0204) to cancel a line of service.
If the user is keeping the number and switching to another carrier, do not cancel. Porting to the new carrier cancels automatically. Just have the new carrier do the transfer.
