I suddenly can't send texts and keep getting Error 31: Other network problem. My data and wifi services are working fine, i.e. I can access the internet. I have tried rebooting my phone and disconnecting/reconnecting from mobile data to no avail.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 FYI.
