I have an issue with upgrading a device since two weeks ago and it seems it gets worse as time pass
when i add a new device and check out, device protection page does not appear and the message pops up that basically says i cannot upgrade through online and I have to call the customer service to do so.
as soon as the message pops up, everything added on the cart disappears.
I have called customer service several times, but no representatives could offer any solution. all I heard was that the error has to do with the verizonwireless website, since there is no problem with my account and same thing happens when i tried on other devices.
is there anybody who has the same issue or knows how to fix this?
We want to make sure our customers are getting the best service. Let's look at this in more detail. Has this always been an issue when upgrading your phone?
