Escalated issue

I need to speak with Verizon legal or the Escalation department about a unresolved issued.  I need a phone number.  This is in regard to a refund check to be issued to me for $664.00 that has still not been issued/received.  I have spoke with customer service who was very unhelpful and I have been talking with the store who said the reimbursement check would come from the treasury department.  Last call with Verizon the customer service rep advised there was no check coming and were we not due a refund.  Although the Store where the return was made knows we are do the refund and spoke to the rep who was still of no help even to them.   The store has advised the are working on the issue but I am not getting any resolution.   I have been with Verizon every since we purchased our first cell phones so MANY MANY YEARS.   I am VERY frustrated at this point and am hoping this does not turn into a legal issue with Verizon.

can you tell us why you looking for refund check.

if you are referring to security deposit then wait for 45 days after return done..if you cant get right answer go to store contact manager or upper level .on the phone it be hard to resolve....keep us posted

You will not get a phone number. Calls are transferred to legal only if it's a lawyer. If this really is a valid issue, small claims court may be your only recourse. What exactly is the issue? And no I am not an employee.
