Even after installing an extender we still have issues with calling...HELP!

We have had Verizon for about 15 years and the service at our home in Orofino ID was really good. In the past 4-5 years it has gotten so bad that we cannot make or receive calls without them being dropped. We have installed an extender and have seen no improvement. We both have i-Phone 6S - 64 GB phones. We are ready to change carriers or just go to a land line. HELP!!

I'm so sorry to hear that you are having so much trouble with your service! We appreciate your long time loyalty to Verizon, and we don't want to see you go. I'm alarmed to hear that you have not seen any improvement, even after installing a network extender. Did you get the Verizon Network Extender, or an extender from a third party? When you are at home, please dial #48+Send, and let us know what you hear. This helps us confirm that you are receiving coverage from the extender.
