Today, I spoke to Ms. Quentel from Verizon Wireless who helped me out with her
diligent investigation into my upgrade purchase back in February. Fortunately,
I was transferred to her to cancel my 20+ years of service with Verizon. Prior to being
sent over to her, I spoke with internet sales (Britney) who was not privy to Verizon products
and cared less if I cancelled and swiftly sent me over to Quentel to proceed with cancellation.
Ms. Quental, Thanks for properly addressing my concerns!
