I recently upgraded, but received a defective Device. No one’s fault. Verizon, reps told me to return the device, for a exchanged one. After they received the device. They stated I’d lose my preorder deal and pay a bit more for the device I preordered. After all night cchat, was then told to wait to a refund to my account. I don’t think it’s matter, as it effects my billing and such. I never received a refund to my Bank account before. Verizon isn’t a strong customer service I remembered when I got with them. 👎🏽👎🏽
