I filled out the Executive Contact Form for some difficulties I was unable to resolve with several employees. I received the following response via email.  “Thank you for taking the time to talk to Verizon.  A member of our Executive team will be in contact with you.“ How long is the typical response time?

Sacombo, we always want to ensure all your questions and concerns get addressed. It can on average take around 7-10 business days to hear back from our executive team depending on what is occurring. Was there something specific that you needed assistance with?
