Executive Team usual response time.

I filled out the Executive Contact Form for some difficulties I was unable to resolve with several employees. I received the following response via email.  “Thank you for taking the time to talk to Verizon.  A member of our Executive team will be in contact with you.“ How long is the typical response time?
