What is the best way to eliminate the extra line?

I apologized for the delayed response and I am saddened to see that you want to eliminate a line a of service with us! May I ask why you no longer want the line? Which plan do you currently have? By eliminate, do you mean disconnect or transfer to another account? is the line of service in question currently under contract?
