So, based on the Verizon Coverage Map and conversation with the Verizon rep, I began a new (LG Exalt) service with Verizon. Both indicated wall-to-wall coverage throughout a 200 square mile region. What a mistake! Throughout eastern North Carolina, with the exception of a few scattered small to medium sized urban areas, service/coverage very weak, commonly varying from almost to not hardly.
On another note: Other than the fact that I rarely get to use it, I really like the LG Exalt --- clear sound and great battery life!

I know how important it is for you to have reliable cellular service. we definitely want to get to the bottom of things for you. What happened with the agent you spoke with? Was there any type of resolution provided?
