We have extremely slow, to nearly no service on weekends.
North end of 53121 zip code Elkhorn, WI (Lauderdale Lakes area), with iPhone 12pro cell phones.
Needing cell service, we're at wits-end and close to changing carrier service.

The last thing that we want is for you to have issues with your service. Have you tried to restart your device to see if the issue continues? Does this only happen in weekends?~David

Yes we have restarted our phones and it's mainly only weekend.
We also found service to be good the further we drive South (at least 2 to 5 miles).
We have found many other residents within our Condo Association having the same cell issues.

Weird that it's only happening on weekends.

This is mainly a summertime lake resort area, is it possible the local cell tower could be overloaded during heavy part-time weekend use?
If it is, could this be checked for possible repair?

Can Customer Support check with a Verizon Tech on my possible overloaded cell tower comment?
This issue has been very disturbing since we depend on our cell when we're at this location!

You answered your question. More people are at the resort on weekends and many are constantly on their phones or using data for gaming. Many don't know how to detach from their devices and enjoy life.

If we used a landline for phone service we could certainly deal with it, but we don't.
Having worked in Chicago (high population cell use area) prior to retirement I know there must be a cell tower remedy.
I just need to know if my only option is to find a better cell service provider or not.
