How long should you be on hold before it's considered extremely poor customer service? Today I was on hold from before 8:00 pm pst until after 9:00. Then Verizon gave me a message about there being a problem with the phone system, please call back later. I'm so pissed that I now want to cancel my service, but there is no apparent way to cancel without calling again and that's apparently not going to happen easily. Chat's not working so anyone know of a way to actually get through to someone without 1+ hour hold times?
Am I wrong considering this extremely poor customer service?
