1st I am a Verizon Communications Employee & i also get treated like total garbage by wireless. I called on nov 25th to add a personal hotspot to my phone and tell the girl DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING ON MY PLAN OR SERVICES. Not only does the girl remove my Email and WEB unlimited services she changes me to 4 gig. Within 5 minutes of call i keep getting texts I AM OVER MY DATA USAGE. I call later that evening to fix and got the stupidest Verizon wireless employee on the face of the earth. I state pull the call and nothing. Been calling every day since now is december 5th and still do not have my Email and Web Unlimited back , not one of the 3 representatives who stated they would call me back have ever called me. When is this being fixed??? it has to be approved by who? the president of the United States? I think I will write the CEO of Verizon Hans Vestberg a letter tomorow. absolutely disgusting customer service. F-
Unless they changed it, you should have been able to use your MyVerizon account online to add the personal mobile hotspot feature to your Nationwide Plan with grandfathered unlimited smartphone data plan feature.
I hope you can get this resolved and get the inactive pricing request submitted within 14 days of the original plan changes thatooccurred on Nov 25th.

A wireless employee could have received a bad FIOS install and claim VZ communications employees provide a garbage experience. To put things in perspective the tone of your post.
Calling in constantly and complaint about wireless employees isn't very productive with anyone's time. An inactive price request is submitted and that's that. There is no rushing this and calling certainly isn't going to.
i've worked for them for 20+ years. I clearly state on all calls do not touch my plan or features. the person did not do their job and listen to me the customer. We are able to return items back on within a few hours in verizon communications. So why not Cell ? I called back because I was told by 3 separate representative THEY would call me back in a day or two and NEVER DID. Then I was told it was escalated , and they would call me back (never got call back) and then to be told oh we can NEVER escalate this. My anger comes from being told 3-5 days, then 5-7 now 7-10 and everyone promising call backs and never getting one.
Changes made to your plan without you requesting them is never a fun time, and I'm sorry this occurred. We want to get a resolution in place for you ASAP, or at least an update regarding the current status. I have sent a Private Note so we can move forward. Please respond at your earliest convenience.
