I had someone harass me via text from a verizon number. Is there any way to find out who belongs to the number? I tried white pages, etc. with no luck.

We take your safety very seriously and harassment is right in that category. Although cell phone numbers aren't in any sort of directory for privacy reasons, you have the opportunity of blocking up to 5 numbers for free.
