Oh my horrible customer service!!! Spent 4 hours trying to get through to a human, to only be told. We messed up up, our systems messed up up, it hung up on you 3 times, and messed up autopay, and messed up your credit, and we can fix it now, oh and hey we won't even charge you the fee that comes along with our mess up.
