Same with me half of my 30 minute drive home I have either 3-4 bars of LTE I can make calls and send text messages but I get no data so maps or music will not work. Seriously Verizon you used to be #1 but my wife’s T-Mobil is putting you to shame.
Reliable service is a must and we are here to help. We understand your concern regarding the connection issues you are experiencing with the apps. When it comes to your signal indicator please keep in mind that LTE = 4G. You mention that when you connect to any app it says No Connection, do you recall if anything changed with the phone before this problem started? Also, does this issue happen all the time or is it sporadic?
