I’ve used the Galaxy Book 12 for about a year with no problems. Recently, LTE access has been intermittent. When not working and I try to connect, I get an error message “Enter an APN and Try again”. I can restart the computer and it may or may not work fine for a while before connection is lost again. Ideas?
Making sure you have a stable connection is very important to us GANDREWSCOT. I'm sorry you're starting to have issues after having such great service for almost a year. Let's get this working again. Is the software up to date on your device? you can check via this link https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/samsung-galaxy-book-update/ . Are you using this device through your WiFi connection or on our network?
