I live in Chula Vista, Ca and they (the city) are refunding a tax that they have been charging since April 2010. In order to get a refund, I need to submit two copies of bills for each tax year (April 2010-2011, April 2011-2012, and April 2012-2013). I already downloaded the bills for the last two periods but I need two for the first period. Is that possible?
You should be able to get them by contacting Customer Service. I believe they charge $5 per statement, so it may cost more to get the statements than the amount of your refund, unfortunately.
