Get signal but unable to connect internet

Hi,

 

We have Westell VersaLink modem/router.

We can get strong signal but all sudden, we cannot connect to internet for a couple of days. (Mac, Windows, Iphone, All of our computers)

As for mac, it is connecting airport ,ISP,,, but no connection of internet&server.

 

I put IP address to see setting page of mode but it says we're connecting.

I tried ping with CMD but nothing wrong with IP address.

 

I tried to connect directly with Ethernet cable but it still couldn't connect as well.

Is this problem that we can fix by ourselves or not? And how?
